Changing an Employee Record

To change an employee’s record, use Edit from the View function. Here's how:

 

Click the Employees link.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click Change an employee's record, press the Open button, or select File | Open from the Employee File Maintenance Menu.

 

Retrieve the employee.

 

Press the Edit button or choose Edit from the menu. The Edit button latches to show you are in edit mode.

 

Change the information as required.

 

Press [Tab] to exit each field.

 

Press the Save button to save the changes.

 

Press Next to advance to the next employee.

 

Press the Stop button to close the tabs view.
