Removing an Entire Year

This is a last-resort measure that sets all numeric accumulators for a client to zero. It might be needed if your data were to become to badly corrupted by a hardware failure, for example. It is also useful if you have recorded data in the wrong Client and want to start over.

Here's how to set all of the current year's accumulators to zero for one specific Client. All other Clients are not changed.

This procedure sets all of the current year's accumulators for this Client to zero. This procedure can only be undone by restoring a backup.

Click on the Clients link.

Click Open.

Retrieve the Client.

Choose File | Zero Year.

This message appears.

Click on Yes or No.
